I know that Rebel Minis has plans to do some of their own soon. TMP link However, in the meantime, are there any 15mm modern government agents (in suits) already in production from other sources??? Thanks. CC |

Someone wants to play Matakishi's "alien invasion" game? :) (I did it in 28mm for the chir'ren, and they loved it. Rules were so simple and the game was fast action) |
Cacique Caribe | 11 Apr 2009 2:31 p.m. PST |
You got it, bud! And if there are noticeable differences in height between manufacturers, guess what my bigger figures are gonna be? TMP link CC |
Smokey Roan | 11 Apr 2009 2:37 p.m. PST |
Great! His game is great fun, and you can always move on to more complicated games and scenarios. (Matakishi's games are nothing if not a great lead in to a rules/scenario genre) And of course, the world famous CC "link to a TMP thread, that links to a TMP thread, that links to a TMP thread", ad nauseum. :) :) :) |
Cacique Caribe | 11 Apr 2009 2:41 p.m. PST |
Yept. That's me. You know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words! Matakishi has lots of pictures too: link CC |
Smokey Roan | 11 Apr 2009 3:17 p.m. PST |
His terrian is always so clean. Mine is always dirty, weathered and grimey. (I'm a messy builder and painter, so "weathered" works for me) :) |
Cacique Caribe | 12 Apr 2009 4:43 a.m. PST |
Ok. I've checked the following 15mm manufacturers and cannot find any: Rebel Minis (still too soon) 15mmUK QRF Old Crow Khurasan Am I missing any? This is all I could find (see bottom of page), and there are no photos (plus can't tell if they mean 15mm or 25mm): link Does anyone know if those GZGs are 15mm or 25mm, or have photos of them? Thanks. CC |
Cyclops | 12 Apr 2009 5:52 a.m. PST |
£1.00 GBP each? They better be 25mm. :) |
Cacique Caribe | 12 Apr 2009 12:09 p.m. PST |
AB, You know what? I never did look at the price. Good catch. Well, I believe my quest is a bust, until Rebel Minis do theirs. I guess they'll be opening new ground then. Going where no 15mm manufacturer has gone before . . . CC |

Actually I'll be making government agents in 15mm, but they will be early 20th C agents, not early 21st! A young american big game huntress, a veteran of many an African safari, as well as a proper British chap who is an archaeologist. Both in fact are spies on Mystri Island, working for the Allies circa 1917. Their opposite number, a German officer of the Guards, has also been sculpted (he's got a monacle and a broomhandle mauser and everything, perfect as a characterful WWI german officer of the late-war period in 15mm). Janice is six feet tall, with an elephant gun by H&H. Richard and Kuno are taller still! These will join the Accursed Getinmahbeli, the Reptilians, the vampires and zombies, and all the other stuff made or being made for Mystri Island over the coming year or so. Mulder and Scully they ain't, though. Richard is in a formal suit and a pith helmet. |

So many figure choices for 28mm (for MIB, FBI, etc.) . . . TMP link Yet, all this time, none for 15mm!!! Unbelievable. CC |

I was informed that the problem with sculpting Agents is due to their attire. We wouldn't want to employ MIB dressed in something looking a lot like jeans and sweaters
Nevertheless rest assured I am working on some 'professionals' in business attire. After all what VIP doesn't need a bodyguard ? |

"I was informed that the problem with sculpting Agents is due to their attire. We wouldn't want to employ MIB dressed in something looking a lot like jeans and sweaters
" Just "Secret Service" suits would do, but with pistols and other small weapons in hand: picture picture picture TMP link I know. I may be asking WAAAY too much, but I would love to have all these poses in 15mm (plus a couple of females too): link picture matakishi.com/mib.htm I can dream, right? CC |
Cacique Caribe | 10 Jun 2009 11:59 p.m. PST |
Another example of attire . . . I like the way these guys are dressed and armed, except for the beards (and the fact that they are not 15mm). link CC |

Rebel Mike, I am trying to convert your figure (front center) into an agent: link link I plan to add a tie, a little hair, and get rid of the facial hair. Other than that, I have nothing. Your other guys in suits aren't posed to hold weapons: link rebelminis.com/15moci.html link rebelminis.com/15cico.html There are so, so many options for 28mm gaming, but none really for 15mm: TMP link Are you still planning on making armed guys in suits? Last we heard was . . . "The MIBs are on the workbench :) I have several MIBs planned. Standard with Pistols, shotguns, one with a Overcoat, and a Few with Windbreakers
much MiB goodness!" TMP link If so, it would be fantastic if you made them the height of the guy in the first link (the one I plan to add a tie to). Thanks. Dan |

Word is that they are working on MiBs but the first sculpts were disappointing so they're continuing to work on it. |

Hey. As long as they are still working on it, all is good. Thanks. Dan |
Wellspring | 25 Nov 2009 7:50 a.m. PST |
Honestly I'd rather they get them right than release them faster. Rebel does work of very high quality and I appreciate where they've taken the 15mm sci fi world (GZG too of course). |

I will do my best to get some more pics taken over the weekend. As you can see from some of the pics on the website, I need to get a new camera. I have tried a few times to get some good pictures but they are coming out very blurred at the moment. As soon as I can I will get them put on the site. Mike |
Cacique Caribe | 25 Nov 2009 11:35 a.m. PST |
Mike, Don't ruin your holiday trying to sort that out. If it becomes too tedious, wait until after the weekend. Dan |

Has anyone seen Mike (TheSceneUK) in a while? I have some questions for him re: these figs, but haven't had any luck reaching him for the last week via the "contact" form on his webpage. Thanks! |
Thesceneuk | 01 Jul 2010 11:11 a.m. PST |
Hi Andrew. I have received your emails, for some reason every time I try to reply to your email, my mail is rejected. You are simply not receiving my Emails. I have the same problem with C.C. FIGURES ARE ON THEIR WAY. AND I AM VERY SORRY FOR MY COCK UP. Mike |
abbcampbell | 01 Jul 2010 7:37 p.m. PST |
Much appreciated, Mike! I was hoping it was something like that. By the way, the figures that did arrive are *beautiful!* I do have another question for you as well, though, unrelated to the slip up in the order. I'll try a different email so as not to hijack the thread further than I have already. |
Etranger | 01 Jul 2010 7:52 p.m. PST |
