Here are the Old Crow Models "Cargo Crates" (for 25mm)*: picture link Here's how they look next to 15mm figures: link link However, now it seems there's another option too (originally for 28mm): link TMP link link QUESTION: Any other suggestions??? Thanks. CC * I also wonder how the Old Crow Models 25mm "Ammo Boxes" and "Missile Reload Cases" would work as 15mm SF containers (for other goods): link |

I use 15mm crates like these – link – but IIRC, didn't the people behind the boxed set of VOID produce some resin 25mm barrels and crates? |

Yes, they did – link Don't mind me. Have to talk to someone, even if it's me. |

CC: I had some 15mm/25mm crates at one time but I sold them with a much of minis awhile back. I recently got some wooden cubes from Hobby Lobby (at a 1/2 off sale), but I haven't painted them yet. They could be a cheap option. |

Another cheap option for sci-fi barrels is the little barrel-shaped dessicant capsules that are packed in most medication bottles nowadays. You might even be able to ask your local pharmacy if they'd just sell you a handful of them. The cool thing about them is that they have an interesting sci-fi-ish grid pattern on the top. They'd be perfect 55-gallon drums for 28mm; for 15mm, they'd be refridgerator-sized. |

Guys, Here are some of the converted cargo elements I plan to put on pallets:
They are a mixture of beads and Lego bits. More pictures here, towards the bottom of that folder: link Comments welcome. Thanks, Dan TMP link |
