Those are really nice! Any plans for more?

Uh-oh. Better not show that to a friend of mine. He's getting back into gaming. Last time he pushed lead (instead of RPG) was back when this fellah from Arkansas was president.

SpaceJacker15 Mar 2013 6:02 a.m. PST

Excellent figures… I'll have to put together another order :)

Inner Sanctum15 Mar 2013 6:18 a.m. PST

Bleep the American postal service! Love to order lots from the UK, but it just gets harder and more expensive.

I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for a book I ordered (dispatched0 to leave the sorting office!

Good way to get out of a recession, limiting trade!

Eli Arndt15 Mar 2013 8:33 a.m. PST

I can see these working as ordinary scifi colonists as well. At that scale, they may just be dressed anachronistically or perhaps that is the style for some in the future like in Firefly.

Could use some of these in my Serenity RPG……hum may have to drop a few $$$

J Womack 9419 Mar 2013 2:37 p.m. PST

That would totally work for 15mm Firefly gaming.

Cacique Caribe19 Mar 2013 8:07 p.m. PST

Definitely feeds my flying 15's intent; goggles so apropos of deck of a transport flyer over a Martian waste.

Bleep the American postal service! Love to order lots from the UK, but it just gets harder and more expensive.

From what I'm hearing from my UK friends, Royal Mail is doing an even better job of dis-abusing cross-pond commerce. And, you REALLY don't want to hear about running afoul of British customs!

Two great people separated by a common language, AND postal bureaucracies…

Saw the above figs in person at Cold Wars. Those paint jobs are remarkable.

Thanks! I have no idea what is going on with the postal system in both countries.. It is extremely frustrating!

@Cacique Caribe- My thoughts exactly :)

Thaddeus of Brock25 Mar 2013 6:18 p.m. PST

Echoes for the Firefly idea. It's the first thing I thought when I saw these. I look forward to the future releases.

Early morning writer06 Aug 2013 8:40 p.m. PST

Here it is, nearly the end of summer (well, past the half way point) and nothing yet new to accompany those first Steampunk figures. Beautiful as they are, they can't just be left to wallow about alone. They MUST have some company. And soon!

Hopefully.

Gunner Dunbar06 Aug 2013 8:46 p.m. PST

Hey Combat Wombat, what make and scale is that blimp?

Lion in the Stars07 Aug 2013 12:08 p.m. PST

Thanks! I have no idea what is going on with the postal system in both countries.. It is extremely frustrating!
It's a plot by the various governments to force companies to get a foreign distributor. Though I've noticed that the larger kickstarter companies have been taking advantage of that to bypass customs duties.

@Wombat: Yes, where did you find that blimp model?

BlackWidowPilot Fezian07 Aug 2013 10:01 p.m. PST

Lol.. better than you are my moose :)

How did I miss this? Anyway, Moose are cool IMHO, especially as post-apocalyptic cavalry mounts:

I'd buy riding moose. Just saying. I loved that book.

I'd like a riding Moose as well please :)

tsofian17 Aug 2013 1:28 p.m. PST

Hiero's Jorney and the unforsaken Hiero are both excellent novels. They are well worth picking up. Good action, and not only Morse cavalry (mutant moose) but also a sort of giant kangaroo cavalry as well. the bad guys ride hyenas if I recall.

Very well written and great for RPG ideas

TheBeast Supporting Member of TMP18 Aug 2013 11:00 a.m. PST

Riding moose? Is that for styling your hair in the wild great beyond? ;->=

Y'all already make ratmen pirate figures that could pass muster for the mutant man rat rank-and-file troops of the book's antagonists… just sayin'…evil grin
