Based on the feedback on this other thread . . . TMP link . . . I may need to rethink my scale/size instead. What if I went with these 25-28mm fellas as Tugars? link Or these? link All I would need would be 15-20mm humans (ACW and Medieval Russians). Any suggestions? Thanks. CC |

When I was considering the same project, I was going to use Grenadier "Fantasy Warrior" Half Orcs for the Tugars and 15mm ACW figs

If your going with 28mm you could use the orc heads off GW plastics, you would have to come up with a different use for the bodies of course. |

Maybe convert the Ork heads with dollar store mounted indians? It's weird, but it could work. (No, I don't have a clue what the Tugars rode
