Based on the feedback on this other thread . . .
TMP link . . . I may need to rethink my scale/size instead. What if I went with these 25-28mm fellas as Tugars?

When I was considering the same project, I was going to use Grenadier "Fantasy Warrior" Half Orcs for the Tugars and 15mm ACW figs… -Paul |

If your going with 28mm you could use the orc heads off GW plastics, you would have to come up with a different use for the bodies of course. |

Maybe convert the Ork heads with dollar store mounted indians? It's weird, but it could work. (No, I don't have a clue what the Tugars rode…) |
