He reminds me of "Desert Punk" for which I really liked the show, always wished someone would do up a figure in 15mm

For 28mm, I just take a too large circle of paper, cut out a pie slice, and close it up into a cone with glue. Normally I use a textured paper like rice paper or a specialty embossed paper. |
