Has anyone added "Asian" conical hats to their 15mm figures? If so, how did it go?

Or did you end up having to do a head swap?

For 28mm, I just take a too large circle of paper, cut out a pie slice, and close it up into a cone with glue. Normally I use a textured paper like rice paper or a specialty embossed paper.
