Dear Members:

I am wondering if anyone can list companies that carry
Weird WW II 28mm miniatures lines. I am familiar with the West Wind line.

Check the Brigade website I am not sure of the line they carry but they have some. Also Gripping Beast I think has some along with Little shop of Magic.

Off the top of my head theres is these:
West Wind, Reaper, Pulp figures (My favorite), Bridagd, Grindhouse, Darkson Design, and Artizan

Here are some other treads and sites:

Don't forget that Fantasy Flight releases 28mm Dust miniatures and vehicles for Dust Tactics/Dust Warfare. That line is now the most extensive WWWII line I've seen to date, and it's still expanding.
