most of mine look like they came from the set of Xena, so not sure mine are going to be of any help. |

Looks like 'La of Opar' had 'relatives' under the surface of the MOON, who were also 'refugees' from 'Atlantis?' or something
because their women all looked like La and all the men were 'ape-like brutes'
. link great artwork/story by the way
.but nope, no 15mm figures I can recommend, sorry! |

These are not like the pictures you linked, but are the only women warriors I could think of. Black Raven (Old Glory15s) have Amazons. Unfortunately these are heavily armoured, but may serve as a body guard. link Mirliton – 15mm – Wood Elf Champion. Needs some work and body putty. If you want something less challenging, then look to the Amazon champion. BTW, check out the accessories; cheeses, sausages etc. link Irregular Miniatures – 15mm – Fantasy and scroll further down to warrior women. irregularminiatures.co.uk Cheers, |

You may have to start with a "captive" figure from one of the Old Glory prisoner sets or a Museum Mini's naked female and work your magic with the green stuff. I can't think of any La-like figs or even a Cleopatra-like fig out there in 15mm. |

The closest I know of are the old Demonworld Ishtak figures picture |

The captive figures or the naked hordes females might be a good idea. I've used them as dollies for a few projects. |

Thanks guys. It does seem like the list is very, very short. If you happen to remember any other figures, could you add them here? Dan |

Check out what Russ (Old Glory – Blue Moon Manufacturing) says here: "We will have alot for historicon. Tarzan characters, porters, pygmies, chieftans and witch doctors, villagers, prisoners, adventurers, missionaries, explorers. More later such as wild beasts, several types of villages, and things for the Congo." TMP link Their upcoming 15-18mm African tribesmen look amazing: TMP link Add to that the awesome figures Rebel Minis has come up with and things are looking good for a 15mm Opar adventure game: link Dan |
