I see it is a popular topic. I have the Eurekas – they are great. But I'd also like some 15s.

I would love to see POA in 15mm. I have an army of POA Gorillas in 25mm. Just recently found the box I had them in. Artillery, Cavalry, Infantry and a slave wagon.

Any update from Pole ?

Pole Bitwy PL31 May 2010 9:43 a.m. PST

A short update.

Just received part of the 6mm and most of the 15mm and larger castings back. I need a day to sort those out and check / modify with sculptor since there are 29 different items and many variations of those. I will post some pics as soon as I finish sorting / organizing / checking.

If you fans of Planet of the Apes send me an email with your snail mail / shipping address, I will post you some free Simian samples. Send the data to sztab@polebitwy.pl

Thanks,

Piotr

Hey Starfury. In my defense I just found the storage box with all my POA figs in it about a week ago. They had been MIA for over a year. Also, finding a suitable set of rules has not been easy. Running scenarios vs just primitive humans isn't much of a challenge. However, I have recently thought about using them in a Post apoc set of rules set after the 5th ape movie. That would allow for a VERY diverse set of opponents. Could be skynet, mutant humans, surving human military, cannabilistic savages, human militias and so on. I think I'll be using Wastelands for smaller games and Forge of War for big ones.

When I run a game I promise I'll take new pics!

Thanks,

John

That sounds cool. Mutant humans could also be the type in Beneath the Planet of the Apes. grin Look forward to it.

Glad to see that you are considering making your "background" fit the needs of the masses, instead of the other way around.

I've been wanting some 15mm Planet of the Apes minis for awhile now!

Cacique Caribe08 Jun 2010 1:39 p.m. PST

And there are so MANY way they could be done, without creating any IP issues:
