Just a week to go for the Midwest Leg of this International Tournament. We have 14 Players lined up. 8 Seniors (over 20) and 6 Juniors. Will play as two Flights with trophies for each. About half played last year, all know the rules and have played some since then.

Some of those who played last year were complete novices and they liked the game so much, they started a weekly game and invited me to play too. Now one of them is offering his basement for the event, since our local convention was cancelled.

All of the juniors are making up their own armies, with just some loaners from me to seniors
Seniors
Burmese
Three Musketeers
Spawn of the Hydra
Achaean
Sumarian Myth
King Arthur
Japanese Demons
Balrogs Minions
----------------------------------------------------
Juniors
Vikings
Egyptian Myth
Troy
Scots of MacDuff
General Demons
Hindu (he started with 3 Behemoths and 12 Hordes but lost all Behemoths to Magicians in test games, so traded 3 Hordes for a Cleric )

2 of the seniors and all 6 juniors have been brought into the hobby in the last year thanks to Terry Webb's international event. The hobby is not becoming extinct.
