They look more silvery than gray…

Great! I've been looking for some "grays". I like the Copplestone set as well but these are VERY cool.

Hmmm..
no probe???…that's not right….

Secondly; I question the validation of these reports as indicated by you not saying anything about their weakness for strawberry ice cream.

Thirdly…by now me thinks that you've probably been "visited" by various officials, scanned, "examined", submitted to the "Device with the flashing buttons", and probably have 1-2 episodes of "Missing Time"…

Not that I know anything about that mind you….

But that won't stop me from ordering figs…

Go back to sleep….Your Government will take care of you…

I like 'em.

cool – naked aliens

Ogma0131 Oct 2007 7:41 a.m. PST

They're neat figs, no question, but unfortunately, they don't quite live up to all the hype generated by reports of sightings in Vegas and cattle mutilations…

These look like they would make great "officer/commander" Greys for the Copplestone figures! (aka: the "Tall" Greys)

CaesorCovi/John Coviello,

Are they going to be hunting for their runaway "pets"?

What about the cows?

Yeah, "where's the beef"?

;-)

By the way, cool figures.

Painting required ;)

Murphy:

I always knew you were on the edge – never realized you went over it :)

'no probe???…that's not right….'
In the works my friend: backs to the wall people!

'not saying anything about their weakness for strawberry ice cream…'
No Ice Cream was reported missing, strawberry or otherwise, therefore I question the validity of your information…. :)

'probably have 1-2 episodes of "Missing Time"…'
I have no recollection of any 'Missing Time'

Cacique Caribe:

Pets are 'under development'

the Editor/Saginaw:
Should be plenty of cows running around out there, but we'll think about it :)

Everybody:

THANKS! – Glad you like them :)

Hmm, maybe they should be called "pewts"? Kinda has a ring to it…wink

Does this mean then that all of the "gray/grey primer" I've used all of these past years is really an alien incursion? That's scary, and it's Halloween besides. Downright creepy…

jimbeau31 Oct 2007 3:18 p.m. PST

Nicely done.

CaesarCovi/John Coviello,

Are those figures meant for slot or non-slot bases?

Also, any plans to make alien-human hybrids?

CaesarCovi31 Oct 2007 5:28 p.m. PST

Cacique Caribe:

Non-slot: each foot has a separate pin that keeps it in place on the base. We went with this method as it allowed us greater flexibility on leg placement.

I suppose you can use them with slotted bases if you really wanted to, but you would have to putty up the slot in order to cover the hole.

CaesarCovi31 Oct 2007 5:36 p.m. PST

Cacique Caribe:

oooo – human/alien hybrids, that would be cool; thanks for the idea.

Right now we are deepening the Grays line a bit before we diversify. Right now, 4 more Grays are ready for mold-making, 1 more green is finished and 2 more greens are under the sculpting hands of the Marinozzi's as we speak.

Once those are done, we will probably start tackling a couple of different 'pulpy' alien races that have been buzzing through our heads as of late, but we plan on regulary 'revisiting' the Grays by adding new miniatures in groups of 3. We have at least 5 other sets planned out on top of the ones that are coming out between now and January 2008.

Anything else you would like to know? :)

Cacique Caribe31 Oct 2007 5:50 p.m. PST

John,

That is music to my ears.

I am often hesitant to jump in unless I know that the producer is committed to a good number of figures somewhere down the line. The fact that you have more Greys scheduled for future release is all I need to know.

I will be ordering that first three-some at the start of next week.

Many, many thanks.

PS. And please do consider the alien-human hybrids. They would provide additional forces with special attributes from both.

Glad to have you on board sir!

I will talk to the Marinozzi's and see if we can squeeze them in early next year :)

clonecommander31 Oct 2007 7:29 p.m. PST

If you need rank troops for the greys mega minis has a Visitors pack of 20 for 19.99 including a probe.

wolvermonkey31 Oct 2007 10:09 p.m. PST

Mega mins also has cows I believe

Cacique Caribe01 Nov 2007 1:23 p.m. PST

CaesarCovi/John Coviello,

Yep. The Greys, Hybrids and Chupacabra "hounds" might make a nice alien invasion force.
