Hi,

I just got back from seeing 'The Descent' at the theater and really liked as an unintentional take on Lovecraft's 'The Lurking Fear'… kind of… (or his older story 'The Beast In The Cave'… I think that was the title).

Anyway… a couple weeks ago I remember seeing some new line of ghoul miniatures that pretty closely resemble the creatures in 'The Descent' but I've been looking and can't find the post.

Anyone remember the ones I'm talking about?

Thanks for any leads…

I love the Heresy ghouls… the specific ones I was looking for are the ones that are crouching which I don't see on their website but are in the last post of the thread CC referred to… painted up pale and slimy they'd look just like the ones in the movie… to me at least.

I loved the book and, though I am told it is very different, I have to check out the film!

These are probably the closest in appearance. The ones in Descent looked like the offspring of Gollum and some demented Nosferatu.

Who says you can't have Ghouls in modern and SF settings, right?

Even if they change the name from Ghouls to Crawlers:
