The Brigade Games Greys ones are quite nice. Thank you for the link, Cacique Caribe. Now, being ALIENS, there may be females in the mix already. Who says the females of their species resemble Betty Page? :) |
mweaver | 30 Jun 2006 9:38 p.m. PST |
Do a Dr. Seuss and build two forces of the nekkid ones, but paints stars on the tummies of half of them. Welcome back. |
Saxondog | 01 Jul 2006 1:51 a.m. PST |
OK, that explains the aliens in "Signs". Two factions. The nudes lookinf for a nice place to "hang out" and the others out to stop their fun. |

>Who says the females of their species resemble Betty Page? :)< I say! Hmmm
Betty Page in a Space Suit. Hmmm. Hmmmmm
Alright, enough with the incessant humming. Iīve always wondered why those little Aliens donīt wear protective suits while on a potentially hazardous outdoor mission

Betty Page as Dale Arden. That would have been a good Flash Gordon; Surreal! <rim-shot> |

Lon, I think they look FANTASTIC in their space suits!! Will all 6 variants be posted on the Brigade website? Will there be more variants in the near future (like scientists, technicians and more warriors and leaders)? Thanks. CC |

ChrisGermanicus hmmed: "Betty Page in a Space Suit." Yep. Those are needed. In 28mm, please. |
Dances With Words | 01 Jul 2006 1:45 p.m. PST |
Well, until SOMEONE does a decent Betty Page in a skin-tight spacesuit as a '28mm' metal figure
(with clear helmet of course)
without all the priciness of the larger/oop resin kits
I'll GLADLY subscribe to THIS set of 'greys'
(as the first of what will be many other 'fun' alien/greys/etc like this set???) I even signed up for the brigade group so I can follow the 'news' on them
I can't wait! Carpe' Area-51'um, sgt DWW |

I love the fact that (around September) Lon is planning on adding to the 6 variants already on the list. I can't wait to see what other greys he has in store . . . CC |

The lance and laser minis are a little more "cartoony". However, you can't beat the price of the plastic versions: 10 Greys for $10.00 USD US. I don't know if the plastics are still available, but they paint up nicely. I have abut 50 or so of these bad boys. L&L was selling them cheap at GENCON several years ago, when they shared a booth with Fortress Figs. |

Are/were those plastic ones from Fortress then? CC |

I'd like to see the "little green men" from "Invasion of the Saucer Men". But first and foremost, an accurate set of figs from the 1930's "Flash Gordon" in 28mm. |

Griffin Greys are available thru Magnificiant Egos. magnificentegos.com I seem to recall a recent post where the question was asked if this was a close-out of remaining stock, or if this was an on-going line, simply being sold now through ME. I don't recall the answer however. |

StarfuryXL5 | 02 Jul 2008 8:20 a.m. PST |
Mine isn't handy, but I recall it's about 2, 2-1/2 inches long, like a standard Matchbox car. The wings fold down. Maybe one Grey could squeeze itself in, but it'd be a really tight fit. |
