Although I am not quite done, this is what I have done with mine so far:

After priming black, instead of going with specialty colors, I decided to experiment with acrylics normally found at most craft stores.

Flesh:
Apple Barrel True Blue (M20383)
Apple Barrel Sky Blue (20770)
I started with a base 50/50 mix of these two paints. I then used Sky Blue for initial highlights. I followed it with a thin wash of True Blue, then touched up the highlights with a lighter mixture of Sky Blue with a touch of white. Eyes were left black actually.

Extremely Light Highlights for Black Uniforms:
Apple Barrel Pewter Grey (20580)
Anita's Dove Grey (11031)

Uniforms: Not sure if I should detail them further and with what. Also, not sure if I should use glossier black to represent a black leather or vinyl look.

Bases: Still unpainted. Should they have Earth colors or based on Alien (aka Martian) tones?

I must say that, going with a black uniform scheme sure puts all the burden on what you do with the skin. Even so, these have been some of the easiest figures I have ever painted.

I think they look great CC! Nice color choices and great job blending the colors.

Thanks.

When faced with a choice of having more Greys, or going for Little Green Men, I just had to go with my own Blues (my wife calls them our Blue Man Group). :)

Ok. I got a few more of the Brigade Games "Greys" (poses I did not get the first time), that I will try to paint in a similar style.

These are the new ones I ordered to add to my previous ones:

BG-AI010 Alien with heat ray drawn, cautiously advancing
BG-AI011 Alien with Heavy Weapon 1 (firing)
BG-AI012 Alien with Heavy Weapon 2 (advancing)
BG-AI013 Alien Communications Specialist

Painted photos of those will soon follow. Fingers crossed.

PS. Thanks Lon. They arrived in record time, even with the Thanksgiving holiday.

I'm thinking of repainting their uniforms to look more like this little fella's:

Very tasty figures, should be a hoot to game with. Close combat with anal probes-heavy morale checks all around! Love the faces.

Very Nice. I've been wanting to get a set of those to bring to my buddies house for when we play Pulp games.

Ok we have Germans Submariners, The City Police Depatment, Fat Tony's Guys…… Scott, what did you bring? Oh, just some of my greys….. Ack Ack Ack….
