Some recently completed Xyston Spanish cavalry:
Including some Xyston caetrati pillion rider cavalry, which is something little different:

Is that a Xyston range compatible in size with Old Glory 15s? |

Thanks for the comments guys. @corona66 – I don't have any Old Glory 15s but believe they are similar in size to Essex, which I do have. Xyston are more toward the 18mm end of the spectrum so I would guess that they are larger and would not mix well in the same unit. Here are a couple of TMP discussions though and the opinion seems quite divided: TMP link TMP link |

Thanks for the links Plutarch. I already have a mix of OG and Corvus Belli and your figures look so nice I thought i might add some Xyston to my remaining unpainteds. Guess not. |

Purportedly Xyston had a new sculptor on the newer lines who was a`bit better scale wise. Not sure the the Spaniards fall on the time line though. I have some scutarii, but when purchased they went into storage so don't have a comparison. |
