Anybody do 15mm bug minis? I'm thinking along the lines of Starship Troopers/Tyranid style stuff. Cheers |

Try the 10mm ones from Penndraken. They are great looking figs and work well with 15mm figs. |

I've actually had tremendous success with packs of plastic ants and spiders from novelty stores. They're cheap and VERY plentiful. |

I was looking for 15mm bugs as well. My buddy got the Pendraken bugs before I did. I was going to order around 150 of them. They look sorta like parrots. Terrible fig. I was totally deflated upon seeing them. I switched to doing Mongoose 28mm instead. That should say something. Thanks, John |

I use the pendraken bugs and they work perfectly fine for gaming. Really good match for GZG's 15mm line. |

I have about 30 of QRF's aliens, and they work pretty darn well. True, they aren't your SST bugs, but as Aliens© they work great. |

One branch of GW or other may still have the old metal Tyranid Rippers in their Archive section. The newer plastic versions may be available from any of your local Tyranid players, as they come with several of the larger models, but I almost never see them on the table. Similarly, the standard Tyranids can be rescaled to some extent. The 'gants become Warriors in 15mm, and the Tyrant Guard makes a wicked 15mm Carnifex. |
