De Bellis Antiquitatis (all events 15mm) Friday 2-6pm 16 Players DBA-RRR Renaissance, Reformation and Restoration (Renaissance mod for DBA 2.2) Rule mods available at: link Saturday 2-6pm 16 players Deep South DBA Open; Last NASAMW Deep South qualifier for the NICT at Historicon. Saturday 6-11pm 16 Players Matched Pairs; each player provides two period opponents. Each players armies are used for 2 rounds with the opponent choosing the army they use. Don't have DBA armies? Loaner armies are available, so don't let that stop you from trying. Just a reminder that pre-registration at the lower rate ends April 10th. There are now over 100 scheduled game/events for RECON. The Hotel is also offering a online discount rate for multi-night stays of $89 USD a night for a standard room. Make your reservations today! Additional DBA events: The Enterprise of Paris 1544 Session 1 (Fri 9am-1pm) DBA-RRR Big Battle – King Henry VIII meets Francis I in the final battle in the Tudor/Valois wars – that could have but never actually happened. French gendarmes, Lanquesnet pikemen, longbow and billmen,and early reiters clash in this 16th c. DBA-RRR epic. Horrible Hordes Session 3 (Fri 8pm-12am) 3-4 round DBA tournament, qualifier for the NICT at Historicon. Special rules: all armies must have at least 1 horde, -1 to your army aggression for every horde more than one in your army, +1 to your score for each element/camp you kill with a horde. Knight Moves Session 7 (Sun 9am-1pm) Knights rule! Here is a chance for you to break a lance or two over your opponents head! Pick an army with at least 5 Kn units (and none of those pesky, long-nosed, big-eared critters) from books DBA III or IV. That's 22 possible armies!
