Actually I'd use the Alternate Universe version of the VF crew and paint them as Klingons. You could even just use the normal crew miniatures with slight modifications for a sash or goatee. link |

: link Now mind you: yes they look cartoonish, so they won't replace important (and miniatured) characters, but if the characters in question are suppose to be: a) in a "cast of thousands"/"background characters" (or) b) "Ensign Jimmys"/"Red Shirts" well then
