A few weeks ago I posted this thread:

One of my pet peeves is people who talk about their problems with vendors and never talk about the resolutions…

I've had intermittent email access for the last few weeks, but I've FINALLY had the time to sit down and write about the resolution….

I got the package in the mail a couple days after I posted the thread, and in addition to being packed well, Steve had also added a couple of extra figures to the box. Obviously, it was already in the mail when I posted my thread.

So I'm happy with the transaction… it wasn't perfect, and I still feel like he could have been more diligent in responding to my emails, but overall I feel like it was a good transaction, and Monolith in good faith added some extra figures to make up for the delay.

I would order from Monolith again.

Thanks Steve!
