I like the Obelisk Miniatures' "Las Chicas":

Seems to go well with these other Urban packs:

But what about the "Cholos"? Everyone seems to have forgotten them:

If not, then how about a heavily armed "Columbian" group, like those in the godawful "Predator 2" movie?

I expect the Obelisk range to blend well with Jackson's Thugz. Compared to Foundry Street Violence, they're a little smaller and chunkier (the Thugz), but should still look ok on the table together, especially if you're representing rival gangs who'd have different looks.

I just ordered the Copplestone Not-Predators and, when painted, they will be itching to go downtown and check out the game potential. (Got Game?)

Now that there is "Las Chicas", I must have Columbians or other Hispanic men to go with them, not just the rastas and gangstas.

I thought somebody was selling Columbian or somethin'
Anyway, the Chicas need Chicos with lots of guns.

The girls are Puerto Ricans. Don't mess with 'em. Snoop Dogg looks cool, but a 50 Cent figure would be classic.

LOL. Except for the third one from the left, they look more like Nuyoricans though! Gotta have 'em.

Yeah, we need Cholos in wife-beaters and Chinos, and top-buttoned checked shirts too, esé.

Barrio Los Aztecas por vida, homes…

(As you can probably tell, I'm not really a Hispanic Gang-Banger, I just own a copy of GTA: San Andreas.)

Yeah but how could you get the effect of a geezer with a pair of tights or whatever they are on the figures head?

Javier Barriopedro aka DokZ12 Jul 2006 4:05 p.m. PST

Which, by the way, blows huge chunks in terms of "Cholisms", Poly, my 'manito…

Barrio Bravo, Vida Dura, ése.
