Well I'm finally in the black this year for the first time since January. A focus on painting as well as having numerous semi painted figures got me out of the red caused by the heavy purchasing earlier in the year. The coming season won't help with painting but I think I can keep purchasing down until next year. Last months post. TMP link The month

Another positive month. Didi buy somethings but got a good start at the beginning of the month. Bought some figures to finish an army. Next two months will be harder to keep positive. I have ordered from Old Glory which will arrive soon and my wife buys me quite a few figures for Christmas. Bought=127

I knew I would be making a large purchase this month, and that provided motivation to paint a lot.
Painted = 44
Purchased = 33 + 6 horses
So, I came out 11 ahead for October For the year
Painted = 273
Purchased = 159
Result + 114 It also dawned on me this month that I've painted most of the Mycenaean Greek figures I have this year. I probably won't get the chariots done by the end of December, but the infantry should be complete. Just a couple years ago, I was complaining on TMP that I had bought a Mycenaean army, sat on it for years, sold it off, bought another Mycenaean army, and sat on that for years. Grelber |

Picked up a few odds and ends this month, vacation cut into painting time so not as much got done as usual. Bought
