Last month Matt Bradley reported here on his refight of Malplaquet and crushing Allied victory:

Last week we had a go at it and we Allies were emphatically defeated, thus proving the scenario is balanced! Brief and colourful photo-report here:

Good to see you deeply engrossed in your Zulus yesterday Chris.

Cheers, Mac! Engrossed? You could say that. The Isandlwana game at Colours went down a storm, lots of people interested and keen to join in, it was great. "Wargamers, sir – fahsands of 'em!"

Wow, great looking game! I'm either doing this in 20mm or 28mm. I own figs for both scales. It's the question of painting!

thanks

John

Go for it, John! Matt's scenario is freely available in the BBB group files:
groups.io/g/bloodybigbattles
Look in the 1701-1714 folder, subfolder "Matt's Malburian Modifications".
And a bunch of his other WSS scenarios too.

I've recently uploaded an update to Malplaquet to the BBB group based on some of Chris's suggestions as well!

Downloaded a bunch of goodness there!

Thanks
