Not a bad month considering I was away for two weeks. Finished off the ACW project, for now. Didn't buy anything. Reorganizing the workroom revealed how much unpainted and painted figures I have and kept me from buying more and should help me control things for the near future.

Hi Kids, had a decent month, bought nothing and painted:

2 1:56 M3 Halftracks
2 1:56 T20 Russian tractors
1 1:56 D35 Italian truck w 20mm AA gun
4 25mm Sikhs Colonial infantry
4 Sci fi scatter terrain

so 13 more get me to 51 positive for the year.

And once I figure out the basing I'll have about 50-60 15mm Eureka Indochina figs finished!

Still on 1/72 French Napoleonics; February started well,

then slowed down as I started on 2 French line infantry battalions that pretty much needed a complete repaint. I'm about 3/4 of the way through these at the moment, at the fiddly piping bit :-(

Next month will be finishing those 2 battalions, then start on another two that might end up being Line or Young Guard, haven't decided yet. These will also need a fair bit of work so think I'm unlikely to finish them in March, but if I do next up are 2 Bns of Austrian infantry that I'm planning to 'paint convert' to Baden.

Lots of purchase, not a lot of painting :(

We had our big convention (Genghis Con) at the end of February, and I discovered that one of the dealers (Badger Games) would bring out figures if I asked, and I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. You can see where this is going. It could have been worse.

Still, since I painted 16 figures in January and only bought one, I am +3 for the year.

I didn't do anything for Jan, so there is nothing to report.
