Closing in on the mid point of the year. Some people have more time on their hands some less.

I didn't receive anything but do have an order coming. Painting time is limited but this is normal for this time of year. I do have a decent head start on June so should even out the new GNW figures that are coming. I have found that painting has been a great destresser so am glad to be able to do it.

I had another great month. I bought nothing(yeah). I also got motivated and finished a lot. Only problem is I am almost out of figure(28mm Napoleonic) and I am out of sheet plastic to mount them. But don't worry I have 1/300 aircraft and 1/1200 ships to do. Just have to switch gears and think ships.

.I;m painting at 240m t0 300 28mm a month..newly retired helps..I have not bought more minatures,,but more books…Half of miniatures for pay half for me. So it maybe up 60 bucks..

A positive month!
My kickstarter came, bringing 13 new figures.
Aganst that, I sold off seven figures, and painted 22. Usually, all the figures painted are of one type, British colonials, for example. This time, there were 8 US World War II, 7 Dark Age Scots (including their warlord) for Saga, 2 pulp era explorer figures, 4 shieldmaidens, and one slave to help portage my Viking river boats.
I also painted a rat swarm. I'm not sure how I came by a rat swarm--perhaps as part of a big bag o' miscellaneous figures I bought at the auction. Nor am I sure what I will do with it. But, there they are, all painted and ready to go.

I suspect June will be slightly positive but I need to buckle down. My excuse was I planned to retire at the end of May, so needed to lay stocks down, but now delayed that until end of July to help out in the crisis.

All but one of my inflight KS & purchases have arrived (one after a 65 day trip from the EU!). I managed to finish some Mahdhists and start in on my M&T Indians. Also sold off some of my IG and Skaven forces that I was never going to finish.

This is the first time in well over a decade the lead mountain has actually declined. With a few other planned project purges for this year it might actually reduce significantly (assuming they sell).

Late posting. The last two weeks of May were insane at my house, but the first two weeks were rather productive really.

I also finished the bases on almost 50 15mm space British from Armies Army now sold by Brigade games.

We're going to call that 30 figures for the purpose of my 2020 goal of 350 painted figures added to the running total last month of 146 and I'm at 176 figures out of 350. I tend to pick up speed in the summer and with less gaming this year due to Covid I expect that I'll hit 400 figures by the end of the year!
