It is particularly welcome that the week 2 offer code is still valid during week 3. For those of us that got to the table late, is there any chance you would re-activate the first week's code?

When I tried many times to get books from week 2 I was denied because I was at "the wrong store". Noe in week 3 I can't even get passed the blue spinning disc at registration.

I haven't been able to even sign in for several days, How can some people sign into their accounts and others are locked out? I'm not tech smart enough to figure that one out.

I was registered but forgot password. I got a new one and had no problem with Weeks 2 and 3. I tried on the 2nd or 3rd day so missed the surge. It is a bit cumbersome to select one book and then go back for a second. So I did each one individually. I had some and had no interest in some, even free, so only 2 or 3 each time. A really great service by Osprey

From my experience it seems that the fault people get is a bit random and very frustrating but I have eventually been able to get through and order the ones I wanted.

It does look like the issues are caused by an overstretched system rather than any specific software fault (apart from not being able to handle the quantity of traffic).

I cant log in….get "wrong store"…even tho I specify "Canada"…then, internal server error"…very frustrated.

Yes I tried for the frostgrave book a couple weeks ago and did not hear anything then I emailed them still have not heard anything. They are probably overwhelmed

Ive been trying to buy something on Osprey's site too and because I have to switch to the USA store, it wont work. They need to fix their site.
