Dan, Good for you. This month I've painted 76 25 & 28mm figures (16 25mm Russian Napoleonic, 27 28mm Hessian Franco-German War, and 33 28mm French Franco-German War. But unlike you, I also bought a bunch of figures. Sigh. Jim |

Not too bad of a month,especially considering I had projects for other people to do. Also another month of no purchases. Painted = 180

A good month for painting: 27 humans and one sheep (for the nativity scene) painted. These were all non-uniform types, intended for pulp era games. There are usually time consuming, and don't go nearly as fast as uniformed troops. On the other hand, I added 49 human figures and 9 horses to my collection. Partially, this is a result of an order I placed in August finally showing up. And, of course, I just had to add the Beau Geste set to my small Askari order. However, I also managed to sell off a bunch of figures I will never paint: 69 human figures and two tigers. If I could just convince myself that more of the figures hidden in odd and dark corners in the closet, chest of drawers, and desk fell into the category of things I will never get to . . . Still, between the 27 and the 69, I have fewer unpainted figures now than I did at the start of the month. Wish I could paint as fast as some of the folks out there. <Sigh> Grelber |

November was on OK month for painting, not for much else though! 12 pieces of Reaper Bones terrain things (skulls on bases and braziers)
5 were wolfs from various manufacturers
1 Reaper Bones dire boar
11 D&D NPCs from various companies
8 modern Zombie
5 Nazi zombies
1 nazi zombie officer (they were wandering around aimlessly until now!)
4 skeleton archers That's 47 minis if my maths are correct, plus the 302 from October brings me up to 347, with my 2019 goal being to paint 300 minis! I've got a bunch of vehicles on my desk now and a whole load of pulp figures for a buddy to touch up after they were shipped to him from ‘across the pond' so I'll probably get to 360ish by the end of the year, maybe I'll do 365! |
