Here's the link to last months.

I pretty much missed September as I was away but October saw some catching up. I finished up some GNW cavalry that have been on the bench most of the summer and some RAFM Plains Wars figures that were started decades ago. To keep things even I bought some GNW figures from Tradition of London. More because they're nice looking figures than match all that well with my existing figures.

Bought = 21 (Holger Erikkson 30mm GNW)
Painted = 29 (9-Warfare 28mm GNW, 15-RAFM 25mm Plains Wars, 5-HE 30mm GNW.

Monthly profit = +8
Yearly profit = +89

A better month

Bought
- 1 Airfix Italian House
- 1 MDF chicken coop from Warbases

Painted
- Hornby Fountain 1
- Frostgrave GA Crew 13
- 28mm Sailing boat 1
- 28mm rowing boats 2

Monthly profit +15 (and I prepared /part-painted a whole lot more)
Annual profit +6

(but some Frostgrave Wizards on their way, and Warfare coming in 2 weeks …)

Not to bad of a month considering the commissions I have been doing. The one purchase was a good deal and I needed to use some ebay bucks. Also cleared a little spot on my painting table by painting landing craft.

Bought= 138
Painted= 177 28mm Napoleonic + 9 1/300 landing craft
profit= +48
Year to date= 552

I painted nine humans, three four footed beasties (one a saber toothed tiger), and several bits of set decoration. Add to that, I sold off 18 more figures. However, I confess to breaking down and buying eight new figures.
I'd hoped to finish about 20 figures, but due to a couple real life gets in the way events, it didn't happen. Still, a bunch of figures are half painted, so will make for a great month later on.
Looking forward to doing some pulp era figures in November. Also looking forward to receiving some new figures, in part because an August order was delayed--but I'm assured it's on its way now! Need to find more figures to sell to balance out the incoming figures.

FusilierDan--glad to hear you're back!

Had a good month, though haven't painted anything in over two weeks.

In October:
Painted 279x miniatures, all 6mm Cold War era, with the exception of 10x African buildings.

Received: 200x, 199x 6mm Cold War vehicles and infantry stands, and 1x 15mm Mi4 helicopter

+79 for the month.

On the Year:

1619 painted
1303 received
+316 on the year

A great year for me, anything more will just be extra icing.

Some upheaval at home kept my number down in October compared to the previous months.

I finished off
11 US WWII airborne that slipped through the paint queue for the convention in September

15 Reaper Bones Goblins I was. Doing partially as a pallet cleanser and partially to get ready for an upcoming D&D campaign

4 fantasy civilians for the same D&D game.

Adding these to the running total of 272 28mm figures bring me up to 302 figures for the year! I had a goal of 300 figures for the year and I was worried that two commissions were slowing me down a bunch, but its looking like I might get to 350 by the end of the year if everything holds steady.

I pretty much killed my year a few weeks ago buying a bunch of 10mm WW1 stuff, and a whole Plains War project. Then my 2 YO Landsknecht KS arrived…..sigh….There is always next year…..

Syrinx006 Nov 2019 2:39 p.m. PST

My painting time was rather limited considering I was laid off in the middle of the month. Spent most of my time doing projects around the house. Managed to finish the 6 figures I bought last month so the lead mountain didn't grow.

Purchased: 611
Painted: 76

Stalkey and Co,

20mm foot figure = 4 pts
20mm mounted figure, artillery piece or crew served weapon = 8 pts

28mm foot figure = 5 pts
28mm mounted figure, artillery piece or crew served weapon = 10 pts
28mm vehicle = 15 pts
40mm foot figure = 7 pts
