I don't know where else to turn so I'm asking for TMP'ers to assist us. We were in the middle of a PayPal dispute (only our 3rd ever) with a customer who ordered $276 USD USD from us in late Aug/early Sept. As many of you know, that's when we had the flooding and hurricanes. His order took 14 days, but he filed a complaint without ever contacting us even though we kept him up to date with email. We sent proof to PayPal of shipment and know he received his order but now PayPal is charging us for the amount and we're out the rules as well as being charged back.

I don't have the extra money right now to cover this and will need to spend some time on the phone over the weekend with PayPal to find out the details. So I'm asking if some of you can help by "pre-purchasing" (at $28.00 USD USD) TSATF/40 from us. This way we feel better and your rules will be the first to ship out. Our PayPal is:

Did you send the order by US Mai and if so was it by priority mail? Doing so provides a delivery confirmation tracking number which will help prevent this from happening in the future. Paypak is not very good at resolving these kind of issues otherwise. Hope you are able to resolve this.

What would the pre-purchasing total be including postage to the UK?

I sent to the account you asked us to use. I added TSATF/40 to the notes. Hopefully this will allow my preorder.

The governor slowly released some of the restrictions today for the state but here in the city it's still fairly restrictive. I've been working from home since March 23.
