Interestingly, of the 41 who responded who have DBA armies 19 have ten or more.

Polls like this would be more useful if they were directed to the people actually involved. For example, "If you play DBA, how many armies do you have" and leave out the useless category of do not play DBA. If you want to know how many people play DBA have a poll Do you Play DBA yes no

I wonder just how many people who idly play DBA essentially have scores of armies by virtue of having many, many WRG-based figures for DBM or WRG 7th/Warrior or Fields of Glory.

I have about a dozen armies collected as DBA armies, but I could easily field as many again from figures acquired for other purposes.

Dunno about the armies, but I'd like to see the various DBx discussion boards reinstated on the site. Other rules sets have dedicated boards; why not DBx?
