I don't know if God has anything to do with it but if he did he would pick 28mm.

15mm. Though if I hadn't gotten into Flames of War (and therefore had a lot of 15mm models and terrain already), 20mm would be my choice.

Dagwood30 Jan 2019 2:14 p.m. PST

1/72nd.

BrockLanders30 Jan 2019 2:29 p.m. PST

We play 28mm for the eye candy factor but sometimes I wonder if we would have been better off going the 20mm route for space reasons.

Our group has used 54mm, 28mm, and 15mm over the years.

My WW2 Skirmish stuff is 20mm.

For bigger battles I generally use 15mm or 6mm.

Vigilant31 Jan 2019 2:35 a.m. PST

All skirmish games, regardless of period, are 28mm. For bigger battles 10mm or 6mm.

Green Tiger31 Jan 2019 5:14 a.m. PST

Skirmish gaming? 54mm of course – have trotted out 1/6th a couple of times too…

Shaun Travers31 Jan 2019 5:53 a.m. PST

20mm only, although I have some 54mm I was given that I want to try out.

Karellian Knight31 Jan 2019 6:48 a.m. PST

as well as Lock n Load Tactical boardgames.

Interesting you should mention LnL boardgames. They qualify as "skirmish" and have a smaller footprint even with X-Maps. I have many LnL modules, and also other games like Heroes of Normandie, Panzer and Old School Tactical.

Timmo uk31 Jan 2019 10:45 a.m. PST

I have some AB 20mm. If AB had made them 15 or 28mm instead then I would have chosen those sizes. I just like them more than anything else.
