I have a customer who has asked for a recomendation for a US based painter for 15mm AWI figures. Are there any out there? I would prefer ones that have some examples of their work on the web, or, lacking that testimonials.

Evil Bob does fantastic work of all eras. He painted my Vikings and Saxons and a number of other one-off commissions:

Dave,
you might put him in touch with Phil Kearnan of Outland of PA. He usually has a booth at the major East Coast cons. He stays pretty booked up just by word of mouth. I have FPW figures he has done and a bunch of RAFM and Platoon 20 Vietnam figures. He is affordable and does great work.
I wish I could post the pics. He did a range of uniform shades as well as "dirtying" one squad my RAFM Marines.
They look like they just came out of the bush. Even the right color dirt for I Corps. I can't recommend him enough.

Stay away from Change of Command out of Maine, their "painting" of my miniatures were awful! You have been warned…
