"Excellent Service - The Battle Brush" Topic

I recently commissioned some 15mm Marshalls from Old Glory to top off some of my command stands for 15mm Napoleonic gaming. When I originally visited his website, I mainly saw 28mm sci-fi/fantasy painting. Still, the guys brush work was excellent. So a quick note later and agreeing to terms I sent off 22 mounted figures for his attention.

Positives
-turn around time was less than two weeks.
-communication was consistent, timely and informative. Pictures were included
-brush work was EXCELLENT
-Included at no cost extras (handpainted flags, scratch-built flag topper, etc)
-basing was included in our agreed pricing

Negatives
-Really none.

Minor overspray on basing/flocking easily fixed. Its close enough to the rest of my style but *when* i next use John to paint some additional figures, I will just ask to omit this step so I can match what I already have.

Hello Chaos, just stumbled on this thread, I remember well the 15mm Napoleonic Marshalls. Lovely figures, pleasure to paint. I'm British by birth, but live in the USA, moved here a coupla years back to marry a beautiful local girl, waaaaaay outta my league!
I'm ‘the Battle Brush' ‘Battle Brush studios is another company, they do lovely stuff. I chose battle brush, coz it sounds like ‘Basil Brush' a much beloved tv puppet show from my youth! Hahaha!
Thank you for the kind comments, I try to balance quality, turnaround time, and price, have a lot of work, and, most importantly, repeat customers, so it must be going well. This is my job now, done my first year, paid my taxes, I'm all legit.
