I put an order in a month or so ago but got no confirmation, follow up email has elicited no response. Anyone heard from Eric lately? Is he ok? |

Yes, I orderd March 24 and they shipped May 31. That seems about normal from what I can tell. |

I saw him last Friday at our monthly club meeting. He seemed fine. |

Notorious for slow response, famous for finally providing a great product. |

Thanks guys. I'll hang on for a bit and see what happens. Good to know there's no problem, his stuff is great! |

I was a long time customer but not anymore. In the end I had to get my CC company to recover my money. Here is a thread about Hotz poor or non service under the consumer board. TMP link It is really too bad because the products are good. |

Placed an order earlier in the year, got confirmation then heard nothing else. Asked for an update after a month or so then the items arrived shortly after. Great product, not so good correspondence. Tony. |

Why is it ok for a vendor to have poor customer service, poor delivery speed, and zero communication just because the end product is good? We gamers certainly are an odd lot. |

Probably because the product gets hyped. I would like some things from them too but I am afraid to do it. Are there products that come faster such as fields and roads? My limit is no more than two rip-offs per month. |

Hi, I ordered some road pieces from him on May 30th, 5 weeks later and nothing. No product, no reply to my emails. I'm about to do a PayPal claim pretty soon. |

My experience has been that fields and roads actually take longer. The best strategy is to pester Eric via email until he responds using titles like order xxxxx second request, third request… |
