Modern home port cities of Air Craft Carriers which have been re-purposed as sailing modern Japanese Girls High Schools.

Doesn't get much weirder war two than that.

Wackmole9: "deep in the alps at the warp gate to the darkside of the moon."

Good idea! A warp gate to Antarctica would explain how all the personnel and equipment could have gotten to Neuschwabenland without the Allies ever noticing!

Allies noticing is not the problem. Question is how long they can run a base in Neuschwabenland before the Great Old Ones and the shoggoths notice.

On the plus side, the campaign will have a natural (unnatural?) end point.

Nice standard !

So far, it's been East Prussia and northeastern German plains (with a brief foray into Poland for the Battle Of Kubica Pass), but our WWW2 setting is a touch different (and 100% Nazi free!)

Covert Walrus31 May 2018 2:39 p.m. PST

Eastern Front, Berlin during the last days, Kentish Coast during Sea Lion and in PNG during the push towards Western Australia are my primary Weird World War 2 locales. Though they also happen to be my basic "go-to" areas for standard (/) Alternate WW2 games as well.

Basically, any place where the fighting would have become desperate enough to utilize unusual/untried/unspeakable weapons and tactics.
