Check out this living bridge in Chirripunji, India!
Is that awesome or what? I can see something like that useful for SF, VSF, Fantasy, Pulp, etc. I can imagine these next ribbons could be used to make the roots, vines or tendrils, perhaps attached with a little bit of wire, but then given a light brush of gesso or acrylic filler, right? Perhaps with brown/green paint premixed with the gesso or filler: auction link Dan

Shoot! Don't know why that link turned out that way. And to boot, on my monitor, it didn't wrap and it stretched so far that the "Edit" button is off screen and I can't delete it! (Editors…please delete the string) Anyway, a 3D doodler might work. |

@mjkerner: You can blame it on Dan; his post was so wide, the buttons were probably off the edge of the screen. ;->= I had to side-scroll to see the date stamp. I'll try… link Edit: Yepper, that seemed to work. Never put much stock in those doodlers, and the costs tended to scare me off, but this might be a good project, and the price is even better than the clearance ones I've seen. Doug |
