Which manufacturer makes the best science-fiction vehicles in this scale?

Games Workshop.

Antenocitis for me. Love everything they produce, both the Governance of Technology and the Infinity lines.

Just so much choice, military, LEA and civilian, and really credible-looking IMHO.

The oldest 28mm (25mm?) miniatures line was the Starguard line from McEwan which are still being manufactured:

They also have a nice line of robots

Antenocitis #1, Khurasan #2 and Games Workshop #3 are the nicest Sci-Fi 28mm vehicles on the market that I can be the judge of.

x42 Brown, not to degrade your opinion or taste, but I own a bunch( over thirty) of Scotia Grendel vehicles and I find them to be under sized, often poorly cast,(shrinkage so bad that upper and lower hulls are different sizes) and made of low quality and brittle resin. I have infantry minis that are shifted at the mold-line so bad they are useless.
Their casting quality did seem to improve when they sub-contracted for I-core but the resin is still poor. Just my experience

We will try to enter that list pretty soon, then again it's always a matter of taste so YMMV :-D
