I suppose if you could only see the relationship between the US and China as adversarial then I guess you could have that opinion. |

Didn't we have a PRC/PLA General visit and tour at the Pentagon* not too long ago, like a year or two ago? And didn't we invite PLA units to train in Hawaii shortly thereafter? Dan * The fact that the Pentagon, the WH and Federal Reserve were hacked just a few days or weeks later must be entirely coincidental, of course. :) |
