Does anyone make Pacific Northwest Indian warriors, like the Haida or Tlingit, in 28MM? thanks |

There was a TMP thread in 2013 suggesting that a range was on the way – TMP link I don't think the figures have yet appeared. |

The 28mm PNW Indians are in production, I have a bag full in my basement, and they are handsome fellows. They come from Paymaster Games. I got mine from a Kickstarter. I'm not sure how you can get them through normal retail channels, I suggest you contact Marc at Paymaster and ask him: link Ten years or more ago, London War Room produced a 28mm range of PNW Indians and some Russian fur trappers. Those molds have been tied up in the bad divorce/business failure that ended LWR, and are not currently available for production. There's a faint chance you night run across some old examples somewhere, but I don't suggest you spend any time looking. |

I was about to post what zippyfusenet said. Here's a picture of the painted warriors (it's on Facebook, so you may have to log in): link I might add that these are biggish figures, maybe more like 30mm. |

Nice pic, Jeff. None of mine are painted, yet. That's the 3-figure Whaling Party, with harpoons. They are bigger than the multi-part warrior pack, or the several individual chief and hero figures, which are more conventional 28mm figs. |

Shame about LWR. Vince had a number of things I intended to buy--put them off for other lines. There's a lesson there somewhere. .. |

The LWR Tlingit and Russians inspired Chris Ferree to write a set of rules called "Knights of the Pacific Northwest". They were formerly hosted on the "By Jingo! Colonial Warfare" website. I think "By Jingo!" is gone…if someone is interested in the "Knights" rules and can't find a source, email me, zippy-at-fuse-dot-net. I might be able to hook you up with an archived copy. |
