Who makes 28mm Balrogs (or something like them)? I know games workshop and the old citadel miniatures made some, but I haven't heard of other manufacturers. I'd prefer plastic, but am perfectly prepared to accept that most of these models will probably be metal. |

Ral Partha has one. Might be a little smallish for contemporary 28mm though. |

There is an excellent one, and already painted, in the "clicky" figures that Wizards of the Coast did for their Lord of the Rings game. |

IMO, the old Ral Partha balrogs *were* awesome:
And no, they're not that big, as you can plainly see. There is another that size, and a third "Lord of the Balrogs", which is considerably bigger. |
