Ok, so after I actually read the rules, I realized I needed to revise my warband (originally shown at TMP link ) a little. I have removed the shields from four figures, dtopped the cavalry completely. I have puttied the neck joins, and added beards sticking out from under the helmets of the four shieldless guys (so I can play at Mo'vember as discussed at TMP link )

I still haven't wandered over to storage to select a Wizard and Apprentice. However, my little backstory is that Wizard, Apprentice, the two soldiers, and the two archer/rangers are the core of the warband, and the four thugs are local hired help but still equipped from warband supplies.

Next up, painting!
