Can someone help me? I read a good thread somewhere on the TMP site about discussing what would be the best models to use for all the tanks and now somehow I can't find it.

Hi, DG. Look to the left of your screen. Do you see the highlighted "WWII Land Gallery Message Board" and "Wargaming in General Message Board" hotkeys? Click on one of them and search the title topics that might be exactly (or close) to what you are looking for.

Funny, I was halfway thru typing about having such a feature in the new TMP version when I noticed it already existed! Works great, too!

While you still have to look, you can probably answer your own question.

Having just watched the movis for the first time last weekend, Fury was an "Easy 8" (M4A3E8). The others seem to have been earlier versions of the M4A3. You may have to kitbash turrets with hulls as it seemed to have been a practice in the field. the interchangability of parts, carried thru the production lines in the USA made it possible to more easily return damaged , salvagable parts back to action. This resulted in freeing up space in surface transport from USA to the theatre of operations for more critical cargo. Best I can offer to help without going back and looking for what they used.

Hope this helps. I am sure someone will be along soon and zero you in to that posts and answer your question better.
