What is the best color for WWII german brown shirts …doing pulp Nazi's

I'll offer a circular answer: the original brown shirts were colonial-surplus and as such, cheap to purchase in the 20s. Here is a thread suggesting Vallejo #988 Khaki for these colonial-tropical uniforms: TMP link

I used Vallejo#70824 "German Cam. Orange Ochre on some of my SS She-Wolves for my Pulp games.
