Is there any 15mm law enforcement figures out there, that are wearing campaign hats, for sheriff and state troopers?

How about one of these, but with the hat altered with a little green putty?

Nice idea CC, was hoping for a quick fix, so busy right now with work and all, would have to put that off till this winter, Haven't had time for any of my other projects I need to finish or get started

I can't see, because Khurasan is closed at the moment, but I think they have a cop with that head gear in their zombie survivors range.

SonofThor Inactive Member29 Aug 2013 2:25 a.m. PST

Khurasan definitely has one, you'll have to wait until they open back up though.

Twoball Cane29 Aug 2013 3:45 a.m. PST

Are those vermont state troopahs? They look like it.

^^^ No, that is the wrong patch for Vermont; they are Tennessee Highway Patrol.

War Monkey29 Aug 2013 7:19 p.m. PST

Khurasan site is up today and it's……it's……a cowboy hat "sigh" :(

khurasanminiatures Inactive Member29 Aug 2013 7:23 p.m. PST

I'd like to make a set of Staties, and probably will, there's just some other things on the list first.

War Monkey29 Aug 2013 9:05 p.m. PST

@Khurasan
If they are on your to do list, then I can wait, could use a couple of sets, state and county, Five to eight poses would be great!

If you are into doing a little work…
Would head swapping either some WWI US infantry or Boy Scout models cover you?

War Monkey30 Aug 2013 11:01 p.m. PST

Zoneofconfrol nice idea thanks

War Monkey28 May 2014 5:31 p.m. PST

So you think I could do a head swap from Peter Pig, Heads and Odds section

It will have to go on the back burner for now until I work down the shopping list some

I think it will work, How say you all

War Monkey28 May 2014 5:39 p.m. PST

Huh, I hate getting that time out message and things don't update.

War Monkey29 Aug 2014 6:20 p.m. PST

I have my orders in for Rebel Mini's "Police" and an order in for Peter Pig's dough boys heads wish me luck and will post the results :D

Zombtober is coming!

Gunner Dunbar Supporting Member of TMP29 Aug 2014 8:53 p.m. PST

Yeah, I think that will work nicely, I think Rebel and Peter pig should go OK together size wise.

War Monkey30 Aug 2014 12:03 p.m. PST

I figured they would work well together and will having a few heads left over, I'm now looking for a couple of figures to convert into park rangers! :D

Stepman331 Aug 2014 5:30 a.m. PST

For mine, I used Eureka Miniatures WWII Philippine Scouts.

War Monkey01 Sep 2014 3:10 p.m. PST

I checked those out, and they could have filled the part but now I have everything ordered, so I will continue with my plans, I'm really looking forward to this and all pumped up,

Plans are for a small town where the local police, county sheriff, state troopers, and forest rangers all meet up once in awhile at the local diner with and hand full of town folks, when the zombie out break comes down upon them! :D

War Monkey, don't forget to send more Paramedics (and EMTs and firefighters)

Firefighters & EMTs might have their bunker/turnout gear with them, which is pretty tough and could act as armor against zedbites. not to mention axes, chainsaws, and other tools of the trade.

War Monkey07 Sep 2014 4:23 p.m. PST

Oh I didn't forget, I just received a set of Rebel Minis "Fire Fighters" plus I grabbed a couple of Match Box fire trucks that the older style look to them like you might see in a small town of sorts.

Now I just need to locat a set of paramedics.

War Monkey16 Aug 2016 5:51 p.m. PST

Okay this is going way back in time but I finally got around to it.

Very nicely done.
How far back could he be used for ?
(1950's?)

War Monkey17 Aug 2016 5:47 a.m. PST

I couldn't see why not, I'm planning doing a couple extra ones to be Game Wardens and Park Rangers.

deflatermouse18 Aug 2016 1:28 a.m. PST

PARK RANGERS!!
Of course, thank you. I never thought of that. All those picnic baskets and of course the Hide & Seek champion, Big Foot.
Here's me thinking only of Giant Ants and Flying Saucers.

War Monkey18 Aug 2016 6:46 p.m. PST

Well yeah! Park Rangers and Aliens and Hillbillies!
