What is the closest Vallejo paint color that will match to the red-brown used on German vehicles in WW2? I need the three number code please. I have bought those that seemed to match by name or from a color plate example on an online retailers website only to find I have another brown I may never use. I have 2 Skybow Tigers awaiting this color to finish the camouflage scheme. Your buddy-jonathan H |

826 it must be. Going to do a check jusy to be sure I don't already have 826. Both links incredibly useful. |

I am fairly sure it's supposed to be Chocolate Brown (Vallejo Model Color). |

I have used 826 but n 15mm scale I think it looks better with about 25% red brown mixed in YMMV |

I just use Vallejo Flat Brown, but I dab it on with a brush that I've wiped most of the paint off of (a la dry brushing). It comes out with a reddish tint. |
