Does anyone make packs of loose shields (and maybe weapons – swords, spears) for 10mm minis? Roman, generic, whatever.

I'm looking at making casualty markers for Hail Caesar and that seemed like a good place to start.

Any ideas?

There's nothing in production (as far as I know) but the issue was raised here:

It's something I'm interested in too (see member "badstar" on the forum) and I'm sculpting stuff currently.

Might be worth contacting Pendraken to see if anything is on the go.

Cheers, Rob.

Try using a spare figure, make it look dead or dying, base it to match your unit and add a mini-dice frame (Minibits make them) and account for casualties with a mini-die.

I liked this idea – TMP link

Jim – yes, I plan to use some casualty minis as well, but I was hoping to mix it up a bit. But yes, dead guys do make for good casualties, especially if they match the unit.

Rob – interesting thread! Maybe something will come of that. I might also just see about cutting out some card (or something) shields. They're so small anyway, it might be more practical.

Doug – yeah, that's a near idea as well. I was the second comment on that thread, actually. ;)

Thanks for the suggestions, all!

We are shortly to release some casualties for the Gauls ( have a few{and I do mean a few 10 max] pre pro ones around for those in a serious hurry).
There will be a casualty pack for the Caesarians.
