I wish that someone would make a set of Murat personality figures showing him in several different versions of his gaudy uniform. There is a general lack of good looking Murat personality figures on the market today. I'd particularly like to see him in his winter garb at Eylau with the fur cap and Cossack style shearling coat. |

Um, don't you have a relationship with a sculptor? Can't you fix this? |

My sculptor already makes Napoleonic figures for another company so I can't very well ask him to do it for me. Maybe I could find someone else to do it. My hope is that another company sees this thread and agrees that it would be a good idea. |

A choice of all the Marshels and better know generals would be realy great.Mini-Fig did a lot of them years ago,but not th quality of todays figures. |

Here are some pictures that I scanned awhile ago, drawn by Patrice Courcelle, taken from the book "Soldiers and Uniforms of Napoleonic Wars". by Hourtoulle. Here is Murat leading a cavalry charge at Heilsberg, riding crop in hand:
Here he is leading the grand cavalry charge at Eylau in 1807. I would love to see this version made in 28mm:

I believe Trent Miniatures is having one sculpted, possibly as a vignette from the Egyptian campaign. |

I painted the first one in 15mm for a friedn (Old Glory 15s), but that's not what you're looking for. I think it was in the Bag O'Marshals. |

The old Minifig Murat as King of Naples was pretty good. |

There is this one (at left) which I like a lot but I'd like a winter version as was described by dAF.

Flashman's picture depicts some of the Old Glory personalities. I was aware of these as well as the Foundry version – neither is which really do it for me, looking for something more consistent with today's sculpting standards. |
