Those are nice ! hadn't seen them before :/

Moqawama11 Jan 2013 1:59 a.m. PST

The red makes them a little gaudy but they're more than competently painted

I love the green eyes!

Armiesarmy11 Jan 2013 2:12 a.m. PST

I think they look really menacing, just the right look for a sinister super villain force!

Liking them :)

Hey Keith how does work proceed on the low-tech militia support weapons?

;D

Armiesarmy11 Jan 2013 3:56 a.m. PST

Hiya

funny you should say that

Dropped off HQ and Support weapons at mold/caster last night.

The heavier weapons are also nearly done. Crews mostly completed, recoiless rifle and DsHK are completed and heavy mortar will be finished this weekend.

cheers

Keith

And they are in the mould machine right now…

Probably be released week after next once I've had chance to make 2 production moulds

Very malevolent-looking. Tell your buddy he did a great job.

Thanks! He did a nice job picking out all the detail on the minis.

Nice job on the paints Mr Harold ('s mate Mr Flick)

I'm working with Armies Army and Combat Wombat to use those very troops (and others) for a Hammer's Slammers: The Crucible Big Detachment Card to give people more choices when using the Slammers rules of fielding a force from Drake's books (say "hello" to the Sulwesi Regulars).

Nice stuff all round – I certainly did like the AA troops I saw!

PS – I've finished my Rebel Miniatures for the New Ukrainian forces I've painted: I just need to photograph them

Very nicely painted though the models are not really to my liking, look a bit too much like old GZG.

Armiesarmy11 Jan 2013 12:31 p.m. PST

very much looking forward to it John :)

Old GZG…not a bad thing is it! :)

Scorpio11 Jan 2013 12:46 p.m. PST

Love how the paint jobs emphasize the mask portion, very supervillain minion.

For me it is, as I find the old GZG quite hobbity-looking, but it's just my opinion. grin

In hand, those don't feel like hobbits at all. In fact they are very well proportioned. Sorry if the pictures give the impression that they are squatish, since they aren't.

AVAMANGO11 Jan 2013 11:51 p.m. PST

I have to agree the RUSK's are very well proportioned and well balanced miniatures they are certainly not misshapened in any way, i highly recommend them if not as near future Russians then future evil henchmen.

Oh no! It's an army of Deadpool's!!!

Run for your lives… … and cover your ears:-))

Nice paint job,I actually prefer colorfull to all the cammo job's, makes it easier to find them on the table;-)

Timothy V12 Jan 2013 3:56 a.m. PST

Very nice- Love the Color Scheme, The details really look really Crisp & Pop with Scheme. As always you've done an excellent job with them. The Pictures are fine. I don't think they look squatish in the least.

SpaceJacker13 Jan 2013 2:21 p.m. PST

Love the paint scheme, I'm inspired to do something colorful with my remaining bag of these now.
