Stopped into Hobby Lobby for primer, and they had Vallejo Model Color in the plastic models aisle. $3.29 USD I think was the price per jar (which I think is retail).

Not a huge selection, but certainly enough.

just discoverd this in Houston. which is nice because the model shop I used to buy from closed down
