Has anyone seen more pics of the "Coalition" troops, that I can share and show the rest what I mean?

That movies was really cool. I was kinda hoping for more. I guess their is more in the book and a sequel is in the works.

If you are looking for 15mm figures to represent the ones in the pics, then Eureka has what you are looking for.

From what I've seen CC I do think your best best are the Eureka space-Nazis. Although the Titan Marines appear to have the closer helmet to what you're looking for? Head swaps???

Honestly though either or would seem to work. Just give them a dark paint job and you'll get what you're looking for.

It's going to be the civilians that you'll struggle with, especially ones with western style weapons.

What about doing the game in 20 mm. Matchbox and Hotwheels for attack buggies and Elhiems 20mm Iraq Wars Fedayan infantry are a dead ringer for the Coalition troops.

15mm PLA. Give them more of a samurai helmet with some green stuff around the back of the neck.

I just caught the movie on Netflix, not bad. I think now that the Eurekas are the best bet for them. The helmet is a bit off but it's close enough

You know they are ment to be Chinese.
There is a great photo here link
(Can't get it to come up here though)
It was an open secret about them being Chinese. So if you can find them in 15mm then your set.

Cacique Caribe22 Nov 2012 10:53 a.m. PST

In a way I'm glad they never mentioned they were Chinese. Otherwise they would have been forced by China to turn the invaders into Noth Koreans, like what happened with the Red Dawn remake in theaters now.

North Korean invaders are too much for me to get past, I think. Even so, I'll probably end up seeing the Red Dawn remake anyway.

North Koreans invading USA? Ha ha How would they get there?
Yeah I agree, its better not not announce them as Chinese.

Well, now that the Koreans can finally stage their invasion properly … perhaps you could change the entire movie gaming scenario:

Those Eureka minis are very cool !

Lion in the Stars23 Mar 2018 9:58 p.m. PST

@L4: Yeah, they are. I've got a whole Flames of War army (or two) of them, riffing off of the Jin Roh/Kerberos Panzer Cop/Images of the Lost Battalion ideas.

Full body armor deployed at Stalingrad…

Cacique Caribe23 Mar 2018 10:23 p.m. PST

More pics of the Asian coalition troops in the 2010 film.

The ones in the new ABC series look same-o same-o generic guys in black. They don't look as cool as the ones in the movie.
