I know, i know.. another one of these.

I've had a brief look through, but couldn't see anything that matched what i was looking for.

I've currently got the Peter Pig 15mm ECW models and picked up some of the Minifig models from ebay the other day only to find out they're actually quite a bit different in size.

so before I buy any others could anyone tell me how the PP mini's compare with the likes of Old Glory (and indeed any other 15mm ECW companies?)

Cheers
Craig.

PP figs are on the smaller end of the spectrum … my collection of essex/museum/donnington cavalry/old glory/matchlock are a head plus bigger than the piggie figs .

Testudo's one of the best but they are a large 15mm (more like 18mm)

I happily mix PP with Minifigs (older ones?) and Matchlock – but I sometimes switch heads around to get a consistent look.

That said, I'd put PP and Minifigs in the same size bracket. Essex are bigger. Museum Miniatures bigger still.

(the Kings position at Naseby: a mix of PP and Minifigs + there are QRF and Matchlock in the shot too)

Aha, knew it was around somewhere – took a bit of searching though! – TMP link madaxeman's guide to 15mm Renaissance.

Awesome, thanks for the help guys.

Those PP+Minifigs, don't look bad at all! I think i'll try them together see what happens.

Thanks for the link Timbo.

Cheers

From the left, Museum (front), QRF/Freikorps (back), QRF (f), Minifigs (b), Museum (f), QRF (b), QRF (f), PP (I think!) (b), QRF (f & b), QRf (f) Matchlock (b).
