Thanks for all the great advice on 1/600 modelling everyone. Its been very helpful.

Anyway, I received my order of Ozzdial Osmy gear the other day, so I now have some more experimental bases of infantry units documented now.

Very happy with the progress of the experiment so far, and the extra mm or so on the O8 miniatures makes all the difference.

This is definitely the way I'll go for my (one-day-someday) large scale WWII project. The advantage in scale and price over GHQ micro-armor makes for a winner.

That basing looks superb for 3mm, in particular the dirt effect, what's your method?

Thanks for the interest and encouragement.

Having fun with this stuff, very enjoyable.

In answer to Boy Wundyr x, I just added a tute about basing in this scale. Should answer the question pretty well in detail.
